The cuisine created is by Jonathan Benno — the former Chef de Cuisine at Per Se — who treats his locally-sourced ingredients like works of art unto themselves. While Wine Director Aaron Von Rock scours the world for the rare, small case vintages that pair perfectly with the menu. In the summer Von Rock breaks out the Prosecco and fresh-made fruit purees for some very special sparkling wine cocktails that are perfect with Sunday brunch.
