SPE: How to Get Certified

When the team behind Michelin-starred Rouge Tomate in New York City and Brussels started thinking about how to spread the word about their new certification system, SPE (sanitas per escam — look it up), they knew video could tell their story better than any other media. SPE has a certification program that combines nutrition, healthy food, and great taste to give customers healthier and more sustainable options without giving up on amazing taste and presentation. And since SPE serves diners, restaurants and chefs, and large institutions like universities and cruise lines, we made a series of videos that helped SPE reach each constituency with a relevant and targeted message.
